Merchandising Accounts Assistant - Casual (4 days Hybrid) EVT HQ

An opportunity has arisen for a Merchandising Accounts Assistant to join the EVT entertainment finance team.

Your core responsibilities will include;

Coding a high volume of invoices using the Coupa invoicing system and resolving discrepancies and irregularities as they arise.
Liaising with external suppliers and cinema personnel
Preparation and review of the Coupa accrual reconciliation
Assisting the financial accountant with month end processes including variance checks where necessary

To be successful in this role, you will be organised and efficient with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. The applicant must be available to work 4 days per week on a casual basis and be available during the month end process. This position is ideal for those who would be looking to gain some experience in a commercial accounts role which offers valuable experience and flexibility.
