AAA Inc, a private investigation company for trademark and copyright infringements, is looking for a Market Searcher/Investigator for UAE.
Job Description- Conduct field investigations, market surveys, and covert inquiries to identify counterfeit products and infringing activities.
- Gather and analyze intelligence related to manufacturers, distributors, and sellers of counterfeit goods.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports, evidence logs, and photographic documentation.
- Monitor online marketplaces, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels for potential infringements.
- Analyze evidence, perform surveillance, and conduct searches.
- Decide investigative methods and create investigation plan/log.
- Computer and good communication skills.
- Experience in investigations, law enforcement, compliance, or brand protection.
- UAE driver's license is a must.
- Living in UAE and complete knowledge of all emirates of UAE.
- Asian/Arab nationality.
