Responsibilities- Lead complex policy analysis and interpretation to support organisational strategy, business decisions and processes.
- Provide strategic leadership and expert knowledge to establish, implement and maintain a contemporary and effective policy governance framework for NMHS.
- Develop and deliver policy guidance, frameworks and tools.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders and manage policy projects.
- Represent NMHS in policy forums and working groups.
- Graduate qualification in public policy, health management, law or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in policy analysis, governance or public sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead policy development and implementation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Knowledge of health sector policy and regulatory environment.
