A growing independent corporate advisory platform is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its M&A team. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality, independent advice across buy side and sell side mandates, recapitalisations, and strategic reviews. Continued growth and an active deal pipeline have created an opportunity for a high calibre junior to join the team in a key execution role.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with a senior team on live mandates, undertaking financial analysis, valuation, transaction materials, and client presentations. The platform operates with a lean structure, ensuring Analysts and Associates gain meaningful exposure to clients, management teams, and investors from day one.
QualificationsIdeal candidates will have 1-5 years' experience in investment banking, independent corporate advisory, or Big 4 corporate finance. Strong technical ability, financial modelling proficiency, and commercial acumen are essential, along with a genuine interest in M&A execution and client engagement.
