A leading independent corporate advisory platform is seeking an Analyst to join its high performing M&A team. With a growing pipeline of mandates, the firm continues to strengthen its position across private and public markets. This hire reflects ongoing demand and sustained activity across sell side, buy side, and capital advisory transactions.
ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with senior dealmakers, you'll gain hands on experience across the full deal lifecycle. The team is known for its collaborative culture and strong track record advising founders, corporates, and institutional investors.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 1 3 years' experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction services, ideally gained at an independent advisory firm or within a Big 4 corporate finance team. A strong technical foundation, sound commercial judgement, and genuine interest in deal execution will be key to success in this role.
