Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Analyst to assist with the LPM project- Assist in requirement gathering for the development of the LPM system.
- Assist in the data cleansing activity of the facilities to be fed into the LPM system.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the developed systems and modules, along with timely reporting of defects.
- Assume the maker role in the LPM system to create and test the Covenant Trackers.
- Review facility documents (e.g., LMA) and check the terms of the facility.
- Review various waivers and amendment requests received from the Agent or the Borrowers/Coverage Team.
- Highlight early warning signals from the latest financials, covenant compliance certificates, and other news sources.
- Assist the LPM team in seeking necessary information during the annual review of the facility.
- Conduct periodic reviews of document deficiencies, including any security or collateral held in the LPM portfolio.
