Logistics Admin role at Glow Beauty on Demand
About Calo Launched in Bahrain Nov 2019, mission to make healthy easy. Dedicated team driving mission by providing better faster cheaper ways to access food through technology.
Role overview Function as Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate delivery operations. Coordinate personnel and processes to achieve effective distribution of prepared meals.
Main Responsibilities
- Route daily deliveries using technology to ensure deliveries reach customers on time within delivery window.
- Ensure deliveries picked up on time, drivers arrive on time in different time slots.
- Create delivery zones, assign drivers continuously focus on expanding coverage within region.
- Monitor and document drivers attitude with customers & implement code of conduct as needed.
- Record daily work assignments and maintain daily attendance files for all drivers and helpers.
- Maintain zero error delivery accuracy with delivery team.
- Respond promptly to CX team to ensure all customer requests are fulfilled.
- Maintain driver attendance records hygiene and appearance as per HACCP standards.
- Communicate directly with Calo Dev. and Product team whenever bugs come up on app.
- Make hiring recommendations and provide ongoing training for drivers.
- Work with Calo Finance team within monthly Driver Bonus code to reward high-performing drivers.
- Maintain daily vehicle temperature log.
- Conduct training for all new drivers on Calo SOPs, Driver app usage and customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in Dubai as logistics coordinator or similar role.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
- Great record keeping and customer oriented approach.
- Familiar with optimizing driver routes using technology.
- Proficient communicator in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in customer service a plus.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
