The Tumoo7 Graduate Program is specifically designed for bright, minded, and ambitious UAE National graduates. It is a fast paced and exciting program that will prepare you for a future management role with CBD. The program includes assignments, strategic presentations to our Executive Committee, exposure to leadership of the Bank, and a combination of learning opportunities (on the job, rotations, digital, experiential, and certifications).
You will be assigned a Mentor from our diverse workforce who will share their experiences gained through their career while at CBD and across regional and international banks.
Program will commence in August 2023 and last for 18 months leading into the start of your career path.
Who do we want?- Recent graduates who are confident, tech savvy, team oriented, and enjoy collaborating and building cooperative relationships.
- Degree in any relevant field of business, computer science, economics, or engineering with a GPA of 3.0+.
