- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including lease agreements, tenancy contracts, service agreements, and other business contracts.
- Represent the company or its clients in resolving rental disputes, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation support when required.
- Provide legal advice, opinions, and risk assessments on landlord-tenant matters, contract law, and applicable regulatory issues.
- Prepare legal documentation and support submissions for court or arbitration proceedings, if necessary

About the Client:
An international fast-food giant recognized for its strong growth and iconic brand presence
Qualifications- Male between 35-45 years old; Fluency in Arabic language is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Law/ Master's Degree in Law or equivalent; Certification in Corporate/Commercial Law is an advantage
- At least 6 years progressive legal experience in F&B, QSR, Retail, or Shopping Center with proven expertise in contract law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution
- Solid background in industry legal frameworks, particularly relating to franchise agreements, supply chain contracts, labour compliance, food safety regulations, and intellectual property protection.
