Responsibilities- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational and customer service goals
- Handle inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination to maintain profitability
- Develop and implement strategies for sales growth, promotions, and customer satisfaction
- 35 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years of total F&B supervisory or managerial experience
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with solid knowledge of café operations, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
