A regionally headquartered diversified group with international operations, undergoing accelerated organic and inorganic growth.
Maintain corporate records and assist with board documentation.
Support governance frameworks and internal controls.
Coordinate legal documentation for strategic projects.
Assist with contract and regulatory filings and tracking.
Monitor legislative changes and update compliance materials.
Manage legal databases and document systems.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations on legal matters.
Must have a bachelor's degree in Law.
1-3 years of legal or governance experience (NQ acceptable).
Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and governance frameworks.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
Must be bilingual in English & Arabic with excellent communication and adaptability skills.
Eager to learn and grow in a structured legal environment.
