Responsibilities 
- Providing legal guidance and counsel to the organization's management and departments on various legal issues.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to protect the organization's interests.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with organizational activities.
- Representing the organization in legal disputes and resolving conflicts.
- Monitoring legal changes and regulatory issues affecting the organization.
- Advising on corporate governance matters and compliance.
- Managing intellectual property assets and data privacy compliance.
- Overseeing litigation matters and coordinating with external counsel.
- Ensuring adherence to contract terms and agreements.
- Providing legal training and education to employees.
- Conducting legal due diligence for transactions.
- Facilitating corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing business environment.
- Previous exposure with Joint Venture setup in UAE is an advantage.
Education/ Qualification: Bachelor of Laws degree
Work Experience: 5- 6 years' experience in projects law or legal function
