- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Ecology, or similar
- Current BAM accreditation advantageous or ability to gain it
- Willingness to remain hands-on with site work, BAM calculations, and reporting
- Lead the biodiversity function and mentor a small team of ecologists
- Deliver high-quality ecological advice and technical reports
- Maintain BAM accreditation through active project delivery
- Win and deliver ecology-focused work across NSW
- Oversee project budgets, reporting, and client satisfaction
- Conduct fieldwork, data collection, and analysis in line with NSW regulations
- Collaborate across disciplines on large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects
