We're Hiring: L2 Network Support Engineer!
We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of network protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service skills to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: L2 Network Support Engineer
Salary: 10000 AED to 12000 AED
Experience: 4 to 5 years
- Network Routing, Switching, WiFi, and other networking hardware maintenance, racking, spares replacement.
- Security hardware like UTM, NGFW, NAC, VPN installation and maintenance.
- Datacenter physical security systems installation and maintenance.
- Cable management installation in datacenter.
- Experience using ITSM and ITOM tools for datacenter related support tasks.
- 8x5 on-site and on-call for emergency/P1 incidents after office hours.
- Relevant industry certifications is a plus.
- At least TWO professional references for the relevant experience.
- Quick learner and creative problem solver.
