In this role, you'll be supported to master the foundations of property management, building strong practices and setting yourself up for a thriving long-term career. With the guidance of industry leaders and the backing of a collaborative team, no two days will ever be the same.

• Supporting the Senior Property Manager to better manage their portfolios by completing detailed inspections on their behalf
• Communicate with tenants and owners regarding inspections, entry notices, and maintenance updates
• Support Property Managers with reporting, filing, and covering duties as needed
• Manage inspection calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and compliance
• Assist in rental arrears follow-ups, preparing arrears lists, and processing Form 11 and Form 12 documents

• Current Real Estate Registration certificate
• Current QLD drivers licence
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently
• Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure all clients receive the best experience
• Computer proficiency
