Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to support the design, creation, and assessment of engaging learning content and training programs across all departments within Legend Holding Group and its business units.
The role focuses on instructional design, content development, and training assessment, ensuring that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform at their best and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities Instructional Design & Content Creation (60%)- Collaborate with Learning & Development Manager, department heads, and relevant Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs and align learning programs with business objectives.
- Assist in designing and developing engaging learning materials, e-learning modules, and instructor-led training content.
- Develop interactive and visually appealing instructional materials (presentations, guides, assessments, etc.) using modern design tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning frameworks and instructional methods.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and performance tracking.
- Track key training information: participant attendance and pre-/post-training feedback collection.
- Coordinate logistics for (e.g., scheduling) and the implementation of training programs across multiple departments, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with company branding and standards.
- Support the maintenance of the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and assist in uploading and organizing training materials.
- Provide administrative support in training documentation, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- 1-3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Articulate 360, or similar e-learning and content design tools.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Strong coordination, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for developing people and driving growth.
