You ll be joining two physicians and two advanced practice providers in a collaborative setting, supported by experienced staff and an administration that values physician input. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights:

• Outpatient-only, adult internal medicine practice (18+)
• 4-day workweek 10-hour shifts, 8 AM 5 PM
• No nights, weekends, or call
• Team: 2 physicians + 2 APPs; 5th provider in group
• Patient volume: /day (hour for new patients; 30 min follow-ups)
• Base salary near $300K + up to $50K in productivity bonuses
• 26 days PTO + CME allowance
