We are working with a well regarded organisation who is seeking a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to support a broad range of corporate and commercial activities, including complex transactions and strategic projects.
You will play a key role in supporting asset management, joint venture governance, and business-wide decision-making across a diverse and evolving portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice on corporate and transactional matters.
- Support asset management and joint venture governance.
- Contribute to business-wide decision-making across portfolio.
- 7+ years professional legal experience (PQE) and qualified in UK, US or Australia.
- Solid private practice training at a well regarded international firm.
- Strong background in corporate and transactional work.
