We are working with a highly sophisticated investment organisation to find a top-tier Funds lawyer for their in house team. This is an opportunity to join a prominent organisation with a long term, multi asset global investment strategy.
Qualifications- 4-8PQE, coming from a major financial institution or top tier law firm in one of the international money centres
- Be experienced in a broad range of private fund structures, including PE, VC, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and co investments
- Have sound knowledge of investment funds and general corporate commercial matters
