Job Description
  • Provide functional expertise on HR/payroll systems, ensuring smooth operations and system integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for the conversion to H4S4
  • Supporting key HR processes such as employee data management, organisational structure, and time and attendance tracking.
  • Provide technical expertise across SAP HR modules, including troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
  • Analyse and resolve system issues, delivering timely solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and documentation processes.
  • Offer guidance and training to users on system functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant public sector policies and standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and technical documentation.
  • Act as a key liaison between the technology department and HR teams.
The Successful Applicant

A successful HR/Payroll Functional Consultant should have:

  • Experience in implementing and configuring SAP HR/Payroll and ESS modules
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HR processes, data structures, and integration points.
  • Experience and expertise with ECC HR/Payroll solution (including HR-PY, HR-PA, HR-OM, and ESS).
  • Knowledge of H4S4 and conversion from ECC HR/Payroll to H4S4.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
