About the Role

Are you passionate about providing high level consultancy and advisory services to senior management and employees on complex human resource, industrial relations, and complaint matters? Do your communication and interpersonal skills lend themselves to building strong, trusted working relationships with senior managers?

As an HR Business Partner, you will work with business areas to develop and deliver strategic HR projects, programs and initiatives to support the achievement of CITS' goals. You will provide advice and support to increase capability, implement workforce strategies, and resolve workforce issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide senior level consultancy and advisory services to senior management and employees on complex HR, industrial relations, and complaint matters.
  • Develop and deliver strategic HR projects, programs, and initiatives aligned with CITS' organisational goals.
  • Increase workforce capability by advising on and implementing effective HR strategies.
  • Resolve workforce issues through proactive engagement and dispute resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with business areas to support talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior managers and staff across the department.

Location

This role is based at 140 William Street, Perth.
