YHA Cape Byron and YHA Byron Bay are vibrant, quality, affordable low cost accommodation hostels situated in the heart of Byron Bay. We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of both properties. A key focus will be managing and supporting a team of around 20 staff to maintain pristine conditions at both locations. We want leaders who challenge the norm and can make a difference in an operation where sustainability and relationships are valued.

• Previous leadership experience in housekeeping or cleaning, with a proven ability to lead, motivate and deliver exceptional results for a motivated, safe team.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 roster-including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
