About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive - Concierge to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage and fulfil special guest requests, such as dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and bespoke local experiences, ensuring personalized service.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, providing expert recommendations on hotel services, events, and local attractions.
- Assist with the coordination of guest events or special occasions, ensuring all arrangements meet guest expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, offering thoughtful touches and personalized service to enhance loyalty.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are executed efficiently and seamlessly.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any related field.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Software competencies - Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency in English
