Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Google & Social Media Ads Specialist to join our marketing team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid ad campaigns across Google and social media platforms tailored to the real estate industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to UAE real estate.
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, ROI, and conversion rate improvement.
Create, test, and manage ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.
Stay up to date with advertising trends, Google algorithm changes, and new marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Social Media Ads management.
At least 1 year of UAE real estate marketing experience.
Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Google Ads Certification and/or Meta (Facebook) Ads Certification required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
