The client is a leading educational institution in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing comprehensive a fundraising policy & framework aligned with the goals of the organisation
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate donors, and philanthropic organisations
- Preparing tailored fundraising proposals and presentations to engage potential donors
- Organising donors events, campaigns, and recognition programs to enhance engagement
- Building and mentoring a high-performing fundraising team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date donor database and produce regular progress reports
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical fundraising standards and policies
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in fundraising within the education sector
- Strong network and access to high-net-worth individuals
- Ideally a deep understanding of the cultural landscape in the GCC
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
