• You're the go-to person for the boots-on-the-ground crew. Every day you ensure no one is slacking, roles are understood, and progress stays on track while maintaining safety standards.
• Lead by example: identify problems early, demonstrate proper methods, and avoid just barking orders.

• You're more than a supervisor - you track attendance, break work into manageable chunks, and keep the team focused and respectful, while ensuring a positive working environment.

• Act as the on-site liaison with engineers, managers, and other stakeholders. Ensure what's on paper matches on-site reality and flag issues early.
• Participate in regular discussions that sometimes extend beyond quick chats.

• Monitor materials and equipment to prevent waste. Perform daily checks to verify progress is real and safe, and intervene if safety or workmanship is compromised.

• When issues arise, take action to determine the root cause-whether it's equipment or logistics-and resolve it promptly while keeping the project moving forward.
