Business / Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Brother Motorsports, Baxter, MN

Brother Motorsports in Baxter, MN is seeking a motivated and professional candidate to join our team in the Business / F&I Office. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in the powersports industry with a company that has been proudly serving our community since 1977.

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual with strong organizational skills and a positive, outgoing attitude. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in finance, banking, or sales and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell Finance & Insurance products such as extended service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel protection, and other coverage options to ensure customers are well-protected and confident in their purchase.
  • Secure the most competitive financing options tailored to each customers needs while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide a clear explanation of all financing terms and protection options to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage vehicle titling, registration, and all compliance requirements in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Consistently achieve sales goals for F&I products while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Finance, Banking, Automotive/Powersports Sales, or related field.
  • Proven ability to sell finance & insurance (F&I) products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of financing options, lending practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage contracts, documents, and titling/registration accurately.
  • Professional, positive, and outgoing demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to following all state and federal regulations.
  • Valid drivers license.
