Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our FamilyMedicine team in Fall River, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, weekday-onlyposition with no nights or weekends-ideal for a provider seeking work-lifebalance while making a meaningful impact in a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensiveprimary care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, and chronicdisease management
• Conduct physical exams,obtain medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implementtreatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and the healthcareteam
• Educate patients andfamilies on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management
• Document all patientinteractions accurately and in a timely manner using an electronic medicalrecord system
• Participate in qualityimprovement and team-based care initiatives

Schedule: Full-timeposition: 4-5 days per week, Monday through Friday, No nights, weekends, oron-call responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range:$120,000 - $140,000

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Licensed to practice in theCommonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current and valid DEAcertificate and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
• Board certification as aFamily Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 1-2 years ofprimary care experience preferred
• Fluency in Portuguese isparticularly valuable due to the needs of the patient population
• Excellent communication,organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
