Our Melbourne portfolio is growing, and we're on the lookout for proactive, hands-on maintenance staff to elevate our operations. From general repairs and upkeep - including plumbing, electrical, plant and machinery, painting, plastering, and carpentry - to ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, your work will be central to delivering a safe and well-maintained community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Manage Defect & Liability Period and all contractors and building related services
• Uphold compliance servicing and standards across all plant, equipment and facilities
• Exhibit strong customer service and engage with residents and team members to resolve issues promptly and seamlessly
• Proven experience in maintenance, handyman, or trade work
• Trade qualification (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or similar preferred)
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• A safety first and compliance oriented mindset
• Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• Basic computer literacy for logging jobs, emails, and simple systems
• Valid Driver's Licence
