FineTurf is looking for a new team member! We're currently hiring a Full-Time Senior Irrigation Technician to join our growing team of professionals.

The Irrigation Technician plays a critical role as the face of our company. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and consistently delivers high-quality, detail-oriented irrigation service. Requirements:

What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused irrigation services
  • Diagnose, repair, and replace valves, heads, wiring, and controller
  • Troubleshoot and repair residential irrigation systems
  • Operate and maintain irrigation tools and technology
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of irrigation or plumbing experience (required)
  • Familiarity with electrical and irrigation components
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
  • Backflow certification (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps for communication

  • Pay up to $65,000/year
  • Overtime available but not required

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in irrigation (required)
  • License: Valid driver's license (required)
  • Transportation: Must arrive on time daily (start time: 6:45 AM)
  • Drug-Free Workplace: Required due to equipment operation and client property access
