• Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage and track shipments from origin to destination, resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to optimize shipping efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment data, including volumes and transportation costs.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics.
• Analyze logistical problems and identify solutions to improve supply chain systems.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance for key stakeholders.
• Negotiate with service providers to obtain the best transportation rates and services.
• Monitor the performance of shipping partners against agreed upon service level agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation management.
• Proficient in logistics software and tracking systems for effective coordination.
• Strong analytical skills to assess logistical processes and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
