As Inside Sales Executive, you will be supporting the DP World Logistics UAE business unit to support and grow logistics business in line with the commercial strategy, goals, policies, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- As an Inside sale you will be responsible to quote on behalf of the DP world logistics commercial team.
- Own and execute the quote & contract process with relevant stakeholders.
- Acquisition of new SME customers for logistics services including freight, warehousing, customs brokerage etc.
- Liaising with internal departments, DP World global offices and external logistics partners for opportunity development.
- Ensures CRM tools are updated on time with excellent quality.
- Assist in system updates, firefighting, manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensures opportunities are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned SME's.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors/Masters in related field.
5 years of experience in similar role within the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
