OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive - Finance to join Jumeirah Al Qasr. The role is part of the Finance team and focuses on financial operations, reporting, and budgeting.
Responsibilities- Perform bank reconciliations and post bank statements ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and adherence to SLA deadlines.
- Process intercompany payments, technical service fees, and corporate credit card charges accurately, ensuring correct account allocation.
- Maintain and reconcile books for Jumeirah Management Services business units, including month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Update and verify supplier bank account details, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
- Support team members and stakeholders, resolve queries promptly, and manage monthly data backups for archiving and record keeping compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Professional Finance or Accounting Certification (e.g., CPA, CIMA).
- Experience handling financial operations, reporting, and budgeting in a professional environment.
- Proven ability to work with accounting systems, analyze financial data, and support business decision making.
