Key Responsibilities- Lead the escalation management process, handling complex customer issues that require senior-level attention.
- Analyze root causes and work closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams to drive swift resolutions.
- Monitor and review complaint trends to identify process gaps and recommend service improvements.
- Develop and implement escalation protocols to enhance response times and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and support call center agents to handle challenging cases and maintain high service standards.
- Prepare reports on escalations, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in call centre operations, with at least 2 years in escalation or customer experience management.
- Proven track record in E-commerce, retail, or service-oriented industries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
