Job Description
- Responsible for overall technical management of construction projects, serving as the primary technical authority and coordinator.
- Establish and manage project-wide engineering and technical standards, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee design coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, and other disciplines; review and approve technical deliverables.
- Ensure directional statements and technical problem resolution.
- Lead resolution of major technical challenges encountered during design and construction phases.
- Identify and manage technical risks, continuously optimizing design solutions, construction methods, and technical processes.
- Strong engineering background with comprehensive technical oversight capabilities.
- Solid understanding of building construction methodologies, foundation works, quality management systems, and engineering standards.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large scale EPC or construction projects.
- Experience as Chief Engineer, Technical Manager, or equivalent senior technical role is required.
- Experience in mega or landmark projects is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
