Job Description- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the research and development of new automation technologies and solutions.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.

A successful Engineering Manager should have:
- Engineering Bachelors Degree, preference with mechatronics and mechanical
- A strong background in engineering and automated manufacturing within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in leading research and development initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automation systems and technologies.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Competitive salary package ranging from AUD 170000 to AUD 190000.
