Job DescriptionThe Electrical Supervisor will have the following duties:
- Supervise and lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan and schedule electrical maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all projects.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to optimise equipment performance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on electrical activities and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently to support production goals.
- Train and mentor team members to foster skill development and adherence to best practices.
A successful Electrical Supervisor should have:
- Electrical license is a must
- Previously worked either industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, food or beverage is a must
- Previous leadership/ supervising experience
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Familiar with CMMS systems
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and electrical schematics.
