Job Summary: Enthusiastic Commis Chefs are needed for our culinary staff. Through food service, the Commis Chef will aid lead chefs in providing visitors with a fantastic dining experience, prepare meals, and set up menu items in the kitchen.
Key duties for the Commis Chef include cooking, serving dishes, and helping to get uncooked ingredients ready. They will maintain their workspace clean and adhere to health and safety rules, assisting the kitchen staff during hectic times.
Work in the hotel's primary kitchen with professional cooks in a hectic setting where teamwork, meticulousness, and a love of food are top priority.
