Are you a hands-on media buyer and growth strategist ready to drive measurable impact? Sweathouz is seeking a Director of Paid Media & Lead Generation to own and scale our paid media engine. This is a leadership role with real execution responsibility. Youll both roll up your sleeves to build and optimize campaigns and lead a growing team of media buyers once hired.


What Youll Do
  • Lead strategy and budget planning across paid digital channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic).
  • Personally build, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and studio growth.
  • Establish scalable processes for campaign setup, QA, reporting, and optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, brand, lifecycle, and finance teams to ensure attribution, spend tracking, and ROI accuracy.
  • Analyze and present campaign performance, providing clear insights and action plans.
  • Guide A/B and multivariate testing for bidding, creative, and audience segmentation.
  • Coach and develop media buyers as the team expands.


What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years in digital marketing/media buying with performance accountability.
  • 2+ years in leadership or mentorship roles.
  • Proven experience managing and directly executing multi-channel paid media budgets.
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads (incl. YouTube), and tracking tools.
  • A strategic, data-driven thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable owning the end-to-end campaign lifecyclefrom build to budget pacing.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
