About the Client: A global HR tech and payroll solutions provider driving digital transformation and seamless workforce management worldwide.
Job Description- Lead global implementation teams to deliver payroll and SaaS projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements.
- Establish and oversee the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring strong governance, quality standards, and risk control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to improve implementation frameworks and automation processes.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize onboarding, integrations, and end-to-end delivery performance.
- Open to European nationalities, 45 years old and below
- At least 10 years of experience in global payroll, HCM, or SaaS implementation management, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success managing multi-country teams and enterprise-level rollouts in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience in global HR or payroll SaaS companies preferred.
