• To manage the business of the assigned team through the designated Coverage team and their Performance.
• Partner with the Real Estate department to deliver services, grow revenue for the Bank, and manage portfolio risk. Develop credit skills and understand acceptable risk/reward parameters. Handle exceptions and resolve customer service issues with authority.
• Handle customer inquiries and service-related issues proactively to free resources for cross-selling complex products.
• Maintain strong customer and corporate product knowledge, effective problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to satisfy customers, meet performance targets, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Maintain zero expiry for all assigned accounts.
• Achieve annual target for performing loans assigned by Senior Management.
• Cross-sell GFM, GTB products and other relevant products to benefit the customer.
• Keep NPL below 4% and conduct Credit Review / Renewal timely.
• Deliver a satisfactory audit report.
• Act as a client service manager to proactively resolve problems and facilitate support.
• Enhance credit analysis skills.
• Ensure internal processes for the existing portfolio meet Bank policies & procedures.
• Adhere to procedures and processes in documentation of call reports, KYC, and all operational matters. Turn around new to bank proposals as per agreed SLA.

• Sound knowledge of appraisals, financial modelling and legal/regulatory environments.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written presentation.
• Ability to manage people and work under pressure.
• Capable of organizing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of interpretation and appraisal of financial statements/feasibility reports.
• Operate within Group policies and overall organisational and governance frameworks.
• Authorised to take decisions per the approved authorisation matrix.

• Finance / Business related Bachelors / Master's degree; professional qualification in accounting an advantage.
• English / Arabic language knowledge preferable.
