About The Role:

• Location: Multiple sites across the Perth Metro Region (e.g., Rockingham - Bullsbrook and in between).
• Full Time Opportunity
• Flexible 12 hour rosters including 4/4 off, day shift only and FIFO
• Family Friendly options
• Full time Relieving Officer roles with additional allowance of up to $2500pa
• Potential earnings up to $90,000 p.a. (subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

• Australian citizenship (essential for security clearance)
• Passion for starting a career in the security industry
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to service

• Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster including nights and weekends:
  • 4/4 rosters (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
  • Other rosters available, including FIFO Perth on 7 days on 7 days off basis
• Attention to presentation and bearing in all interactions
• Adaptability to an ever changing environment
• Critical incident recollection skills
• Lateral thinking and problem solving abilities
• Understanding of chain of command and correct escalation process
• Ability to provide detailed, factually accurate reports on security incidents and HSE hazards (electronic or paper)
• Basic IT skills using a range of software

Previous security experience is not required - we'll provide all the training and support you need.
