Location: Kahului, HI

Pay: $25/hour + Weekly paychecks!

Experience:

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Previous irrigation, plumbing, or construction sales experience is required.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Employers Options is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! This role offers opportunities for growth and access to career coaching while playing a key role in supporting daily sales operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

What You'll Do:

• Support the sales team in reaching goals and generating new business
• Accurately enter sales and orders into the system for tracking and financial reporting
• Answer incoming calls, assist customers, and relay messages as needed
• Notify the purchasing department of changes in product demand
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly report any concerns or complaints
• Assist with routine inventory counts
• Guide customers in selecting the right products for their needs

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Experience or familiarity with irrigation, plumbing, or construction sales is a plus
