Parks Chevrolet Richmondneeds to hire a Business Development Representative, due to a high volume of customer inquiries. We are looking for motivated and goal-driven candidates who can make an immediate impact in our busy BDC center. We strive to be the best and are looking for someone with the same mindset.

Responsibilities BDC Sales Representative:

• Directs customers to product information resources
• Handles all Internet sales and service inquiries personally
• Sets appointments for dealership
• Will be on the phone and computer all-day
• Will be responsible for inbound phone calls and high volume of e-mail correspondence, checking e-mail frequently, and responding to inquiries
  
  

Requirements BDC Sales Representative:

• Dealership experience preferred
• Telephone or retail sales is required
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus!
• Must be Self-motivated and energetic
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• High energy
• Needs great phone voice
• Professional personal appearance
• Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
