Nido Early School Salisbury Downs is seeking lead educators or educational leaders who are ready to advance into a Curriculum Leadership position.
We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
Role model, coach, mentor, and critically reflect with our educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enrich the child's holistic development.

ABOUT YOU:
- Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and educators
- Supportive and kind leadership qualities
- Willingness to be recognized as the educational leader at the service
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
- Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Experience as an educational leader is highly regarded
