Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Executive with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and hands-on experience in real estate operations, including SPA processing, good registration, and RERA documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, supporting sales and marketing teams, and improving the overall customer experience through effective CRM utilisation and analytics.

Major Tasks / Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Regularly update and validate customer, lead, and opportunity data to maintain data integrity.
  • Customise dashboards, reports, workflows, and automations to support business objectives.
  • Assist in implementing new CRM features, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Manage Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Create and maintain custom fields, objects, and validation rules in Salesforce.
  • Develop automated workflows, triggers, and dashboards for sales tracking.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure seamless system integration with other real estate platforms.
  • Provide user support and training to internal teams on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Manage Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) entries, documentation, and updates within CRM.
  • Coordinate with Oqood and RERA teams for property registration, compliance, and documentation.
  • Ensure all client and project details are accurately reflected in the CRM and linked to relevant property records.
  • Track unit handovers, payments, and registration milestones.
Customer Relationship & Support
  • Manage communication with existing and potential clients through the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and post-sales service requests.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track customer interactions and provide insights for personalised engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate and analyse CRM reports to monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, sales performance, and client retention.
  • Provide management with actionable insights to improve processes and customer engagement.
  • Identify patterns and trends from CRM data to support marketing and sales strategies.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams in executing campaigns, promotions, and lead management through CRM.
  • Ensure seamless lead flow from marketing initiatives to the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and report campaign effectiveness using CRM analytics.
Process Optimization & Compliance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws, RERA guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all client and company information.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a CRM Executive, Salesforce Administrator, or CRM Coordinator within the Real Estate industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and customer lifecycle in real estate.
  • Familiarity with SPA, Oqood, and RERA processes is mandatory.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certification (Administrator / Associate) is an added advantage.
