Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive / Broker Relations Executive to manage customer relationships and foster partnerships with real estate brokers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an excellent client experience, managing broker networks, and supporting the sales team in achieving company objectives through effective communication, data management, and coordination.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a seamless customer journey.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met on time.
    • Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Broker Relations & Network Support:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies.
    • Assist in onboarding new brokers and provide necessary training and support.
    • Act as a key point of contact between the company and brokers for project details, pricing, and documentation.
    • Encourage and motivate brokers to achieve sales targets and promote company projects.
  3. Sales & Business Coordination:
    • Support the sales team with client and broker communications, documentation, and follow-ups.
    • Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely updates of leads, opportunities, and conversions in the CRM.
    • Work with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotions.
  4. CRM Operations & Data Management:
    • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information.
    • Generate and analyse reports on customer interactions, broker activities, and sales performance.
    • Assist in developing automated workflows and follow-up systems to improve efficiency.
    • Track customer feedback and provide insights for process and service improvement.
  5. Event & Marketing Support:
    • Assist in organising broker meetings, networking events, and customer engagement activities.
    • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with brokers for promotional campaigns and property launches.
    • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  6. Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure all broker and client transactions comply with company policies and legal standards.
    • Maintain records of client communication, broker commissions, and agreements.
    • Follow up on pending documentation, payments, and project updates.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience in CRM management, broker relations, or real estate sales support.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data for decision-making.
