Step into the role ofCook at Nido Clyde North,where you'll be more than just a team member-you'll be a hands-on teacher, a role model,and an inspiration to young minds. ABOUT THE SERVICE:
- New, purpose-built 102 place service
- Based in a shopping village, allocated parking onsite
- The two storey service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 7 rooms and 4 stunning outdoor play areas
- Childcare discount for your own children
- We pay the 10% workers retention payment
- FREE ECA membership, professional development via online learning platform and conferences
- Part-time position, Monday to Friday
- Bupa Discounted Membership for staff
- On site parking available
- Driven to provide outstanding nutrition and education to young children
- Comply with all relevant legislation, early childhood regulations, policies, procedures, and work guidelines
- Have experience in cooking for a large amount of children at any one time
- Conduct weekly stock take and ordering
- Maintain and ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene such as cleaning and washing.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is required for this role
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Previous experience working as a Cook in a childcare setting is required
