Contracts Specialist role at Dicetek LLC
Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities- Maintaining the contracts database on SAP Ariba
- Ensure timely renewals and updates of the contracts' records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, buyers, vendors, and legal for the timely execution of contracts
- Review and upload all new and renewed contracts along with the necessary supporting documents and correspondences
- Prepare a monthly dashboard for the contracts database
- Review the existing database for quality assurance to ensure that all necessary documents and approvals are uploaded to the system
- Experience with SAP Ariba (preferable)
- Experience in Banking and Financial Service Institutions (preferable)
- Procurement Certifications (CIPS or equivalent) (preferable)
