Contracts Manager - Robert Walters
Placing the best candidates in legal positions across the Middle East.A new project company in the UAE is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract arrangements and legal agreements for a recently acquired project. This is a hands on, individual contributor role, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and manage long term shareholder agreements and non standard contracts between the legal company and O&M contractors.
- Provide contractual support for the new project company from scratch.
- Collaborate with the CEO, project manager, and legal/asset teams to ensure sound contractual governance.
- 10+ years' experience in contracts, legal arrangements, or related roles; formal legal qualification desirable but not essential.
- Engineering background or experience in utilities/power projects is advantageous.
- Experience with non standard contracts and project company structures preferred.
